review 1: Lulu has her friends over and they don't exactly want to follow Lulu's plans. After a disagreement, Lulu needs to be brave and apologize even though it isn't easy. Lulu turns into Ladybug Girl who is always brave and isn't afraid to do the right thing. This is a cute story that demonstrates how to be kind to our friends and how to apologize after we realize we are wrong. The illustrations are fun and all of the children are dressed as bugs. I definitely recommend this book because it is a cute story and demonstrates how we should and should not treat others.
review 2: Ladybug Girl and the Bug Squad was a cute story with colorful pictures that I enjoyed looking at. Lulu and three of her friends enjoyed playing and acting like they were different bugs. Lulu wante... mored everything they did to be played on her time and her way. Towards the end, Lulu had to realize not everything can be her way after Kiki became angry at her for blowing out her cupcakes candle. Lulu learned her lesson and apologized to Kiki. less
