review 1: THIS IS THE FIRST BOOK OF THIS AUTHOR WHICH I READ. I BOUGHT IT IN 2012 AND FINISHED IT IN 2014. THE QUESTION IS WHY?THE ANSWER IS THAT THE STORY IS A LITTLE COMPLICATED.JAMES ROLLINS HAVE MIXED THE HISTORY FICTION WITH SCIENCE AND TRUE INCIDENTS WITH FALSE.A LOT OF CHARACTERS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS STORY AND I HAD TO FIGURE OUT WHICH ARE THE INTENTIONS OF EACH ONE.I THINK THAT THE SECOND HALF OF THE BOOK IS TOTALLY BETTER THAN THE FIRST HALF.THIS IS A BOOK WHICH ANYONE COULD READ TWICE. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE AND THE REST OF THE SERIES BECAUSE THIS BOOK ARE THE 7TH IN THE SERIES .THIS AUGUST WILL PUBLISH THE 9TH BOOK IN THE SERIES WHICH CALLED 6TH EXTINCTION.
review 2: Rollins is a master of his craft. Mysterious codes of the founding fathers. A lost Native Amer
... moreican Tribe somehow connected to ancient religious groups. A race for the treasure and a desperate fight to thwart the antagonists. This novel may have become my favorite of James Rollins and that is saying quite a bit because I loved The Black Order. Do yourself a favor and pick this one up. It has all the mystery and clue-discernment of National Treasure alongside all the serious action and political/religious intrigue of a well-researched piece of Historical fiction. less
