review 1: I devoured this book in one day it was so good. EIT has invaded my life, even after staying up to finish this my brain couldn't shut it off, I kept rehashing it in my mind. Lots of character growth for Dex, Perry needs to do some of her own as well. I wanted to punch her a few times in this one. The snarky banter had me lol'ing throughout the book. And can I just say RIP Twatwaflle aka Apricot despite what Dex says you didn't deserve that lol. Keeping with the trend I now have to go read the two books from Dex's POV and I'm super excited to be inside his head for a minute. I'm dreading being done with this series, I have no idea how I'm going to survive!
review 2: Holy amazeballs! This book scared the bejeezus out of me, I wasn't expecting it to be as frighteni... moreng as the ghosts/demons because c'mon Sasquatch? I should have known that Karina Halle wouldn't let me down, and she definitely didn't. This book starts with Perry and Dex trying to come to grips with what happened in On Demon Wings, and I did have to admire Dex in this one. He definitely let Perry set the pace even though he continued to show her how much he cared, and I was so so glad that by the end of the book they started to work through their issues together. I loved this book and definitely give it 5 out of 5 stars. less
