review 1: Oproti předchozím knihám Kendare Blake má Antibohyně jednodušší děj, který je ale o to svižnější a také má své kouzlo. S řeckou mytologií si autorka poradila po svém, využila známá fakta, kdy nás odkazuje na historii a legendy a nynější postavy, které používá v této době, si uzpůsobila dle svých potřeb. V příběhu samozřejmě nesmí chybět napětí, láska, přátelství až za hrob, ale také nenávist a beznaděj. A právě beznaděj dohnala bohy až do této situace, kdy po prožitých staletí netuší, jak se umírá s grácií. Je to pro ně něco nepochopitelného a chtějí se rvát za své přežití.
review 2: It's not bad but the pace could have been a lot faster. Also the sudden death at the end was not only u... morenexpected but unwanted. The character who for me the story revolved around and made worth reading gone? Bad move. At least it was at the very end so I didn't have to choose whether to keep reading. I feel like I don't care who survives or why it's all happening now though. (That is correct, it does not tell you in the entire book why the gods are dying.) less
