Madison Avery Trilogy
review 1: Seventeen Madison Avery has to figure who are the good reapers, because it might be the Light or it could also be the Dark. This isn't an old western where the good always wear a white hat. With all the Gardian Angels, Light Reapers, Dark Reapers, Timekeepers, Ghosts, etc........ How to know what all the rules are for a timekeeper, how she can change them because they are in need of a new system, maybe she will get some divine intervention. Oh and where is her body?Fun, interesting, quick easy read, and quite entertaining.
review 2: I waited a month after reading the first book before I started this one, which may have been a mistake. I kept getting confused; I guess the whole reaper system seemed too complicated. The first half was slow, which gave me more tim
... moree to ponder the reaper system and therefore increase my confusion. Fortunately, the second half was more exciting, but the big reveal was too easy to spot.I do like the fate vs. choice debate that is central in this series. Since the reaper system kept confusing me, I decided to read the 3rd book directly after the 2nd. It ended up being a little easier to keep everyone straight by reading the books back-to-back. less
