review 1: I have to say that Lynn Hagen is one my favorite authors of all time!! When I first bought my Nook, I saw her books advertised, but always put off reading them, then I purchased Maverick's Mate and I've been hooked ever since!! I have now read every single book Lynn has written and eagerly await and devour any thing that she writes!! I have even repurchased ALL of her books when I moved from the Nook to the Kindle!! Thank you Lynn for providing me with so many hours of enjoyment and pleasure!! YOU ROCK!!!
review 2: Blair's story was really heartbreaking. His abusive father set him up to be helpless, illiterate then just tosses him out in the street. Instead of being a crook or criminal he becomes a low class prostitute and retains his honorable nature. I'm glad... more Kota found him and the pack becomes his family to help him progress and learn to read. Throughout the other stories Blair and his brother Oliver really become stand out heroes and take care of the other mates. less
