review 1: This is 67th book I have read by Lynn Hagen and book 33 in this series. This is the first series I was attach myself to when I begin reading MM. I have to say her book are getting better again. There is more of main characters interact with more of the people around them and not just focus on the MCs themselves and of them having copious amount of sex and no real conversation. My one wish is that Chapter 18 never existed. All I have left to say is Welcome Back Lynn Hagen!! to my auto buy list at least for this series and Christian's Coven.
review 2: I liked it. I would have liked to explore Ares a lot more (mini evil grin as considers the non spoiler comment)Daniel.. the biggest problem I had with him is failure to COMMUNICATE.. problems are meant to be shared
... more. That doesn't mean you are weak. Sometimes its the 'bigger' man that asks for help. The jumping to conclusions some characters had, seeing as its like dealing with extended family (so to speak) was down right annoying and just.. wrong! These characters shall remain unnamed to protect their identities until they feel the need to come forward but I hope they are ashamed of themselves and that this is the last time we see this over family members. Any other characters that may have let prejudice get the better of them but are unable to come right out and apologize later have hopefully learned better as well. Hmm, you know who you are. It is up to you to step into the light and .. anyways I found this to be a good edition to the cast (heheh pun.. cast..movie.. oh just read the book!) less
