review 1: Soooooo... these three phrases should never appear on THE SAME PAGE as each other:1. I'm definitely not gay2. Please fuck me with your huge cock3. I love youThis was like some crazy whirlwind and I couldn't keep up. Add in a single chapter where both characters back stories are purged in one big mountain of word vomit and well, you have a very strange book my friends. Oh, and I haven't even mentioned the accents and 'New-Orleansniess' that permeated each page in a confusing and mostly inexplicable blanket. I'm from Leicester, I don't get it. I can count to ten in French and that's it. Throw me a frickin' bone dude.But.... aside from all that, it wasn't half bad.
review 2: Ok bebe I could listen to a man speak Cajun French to me all night. Even reading it is HOT... more. I loved this book. Caleb and Darcy were extremely perfect for one another. I loved Darcy's name, wished I had named one of my sons that now, lol, though they would probably be like the character Darcy and hate it. The story line was unique which was great. This is the 4th book by Mercy Celeste I have read in the last 3 days. Lets just say I am a fan. less
