Inhale… Exhale

Happy Saturday friends!

As we all know finals are coming up and the stress level is at it’s all time high. I’ve been spending all day at school or working and up all night studying, but it’s still not feeling ready for finals. As my veins only constant of caffeine because of the amount of coffee I drink.

At the end of the day, all you can do is your best. Reflect on how much you have improved and do what you need to do to pass your exams. Find special techniques to help you succeed and places that you focus better and will keep you productive through these short weeks.

Also, a huge thing about finals coming up is giving yourself breaks. Even though you feel like you don’t have time don’t overdue yourself. Whenever I overdo myself I always get sick and I feel like you need to give yourself some time off.

For your break, you should maybe spend your time doing something that relaxes you like taking your dog for a walk, or coloring.
