If you follow any of the “National Calendar” sites, you’ll know that today, January 12, is National Pharmacist Day. A day to recognize pharmacists across the country. While the field of pharmaceutical sciences has changed drastically over the years, if you are lucky enough to have a pharmacist that knows you, and knows your family, you are blessed.
The not only fill the prescriptions your doctor has written, they can give advice. With entire aisles full of medicine, when you are sick, ask your pharmacist for help. They can make recommendations on what may or may not work.
