One problem:
I’m not a temptress, not by a long shot. It’s a good thing my childhood best friend, Hunter, has come back into the area. He’s always been a playboy and knows how to get what he wants. He agrees to teach me the rules of seduction, but before long, I realize I’m the one being played.

Kristin has degrees in psychology, English, and education, and taught high school and middle school English before crossing over to a career in writing. She lives in Northern California with her alpha male husband and their two children. She loves chocolate way more than she should and the gym less. You can usually find her in the corner of a coffee shop, laptop in front of her and mocha in hand, using the guests around her as fuel for her next book.

I liked this. A lot. I personally don’t like serials because of how short they are but when I read this synopsis, I couldn’t help myself. And I was not disappointed.

The Snow White references, the cool wolves that cater to the humans with their inn and exclusively party with their pack members, and even Hunter and his friends (hot not-so-dwarfs anyone?) made the whole thing exciting and fun. It was pretty basic and got right to the point, but despite how fast it all was, it was still funny and gave me enough information to be satisfied. I got a sense of everyone’s character and because I enjoyed how it was all executed, I found it really entertaining. Snow was a poor girl trying to be seductive (Sweet Jesus) and Hunter was that fun, hot best friend you wished you had.

I really enjoyed the world Miller made up and though it’s an installment of less than 100 pages, it’s still an entertaining and hot read that I’d recommend. I liked the writing style, the characters, the plot, and the overall satisfaction.
