Time for Tea! : Some of my teacups

Being English, I suppose it’s ingrained in me to like tea. Just holding the cup creates quiet and peace. And I love my cup designs so much, it is the first thing I search for when I’m in a thrift store, antique store or car boot!

Here are a few of my favourite finds!

Akdoet, Japan (this one is not very easy to clean, but it was so different!

Aynsley, Bone China. Made in England.

Broadhurst, England

Staffordshire, fine bone china. England.

This one, I’m afraid I don’t know the make.

Wedgwood, Bone China. England.

Franciscan Desert Rose, Made in USA.

Maker unreadable, fine bone china. England.

And of course, you need a place for the tea bag!

I hope you enjoyed! The search for beautiful teacups continues…
