review 1: The first had potential, but was only an ok start. The follow-up is worse. From the way the book ended, there does not appear to be another. This one introduced new story lines and characters that went no where. The ending was too quick with a lot of questions unanswered. Characters' motivations were unclear and produced many "what?" moments. Inconsistencies were limitless.
