review 1: The writer says in the beggining to pay attention to the dates on the start of the chapters and it is important to do so. At first I was worried about this, but was compensated in the end because the buildup to the story was excellent.This is the first "dark" story I will read and thanks to the first book I can't wait to see were it will take the plot. I must admit that if it was an unfinished series I wouldn't start reading it, but the promise of HEA ending was convincing.
review 2: Compelling, and definitely leading to some very sinister and dark elements. I'm not to keen on cliff hanger books but this book definitely makes me want to see "what happens next". With that being said I know I won't continue with this series because I don't have the patience to re... moread four more books and still there's no ending ( read the reviews from the next four books), so I guess I will be left in the dark on this series. ( shrugs slightly). less
