review 1: "Let the Sky Fall" by Shannon Messanger was pretty good. It's not a long book and it wasn't my favorite, but I got too connected to the characters to stop reading. "Let the Sky Fall" is about a girl named Audra who is a sylph or a windwalker. She can control the wind and she is the guardian of a boy named Vane. Vane is also a sylph, but after a horrible storm where his parents died, his memory was erased and he was put into a human life. However, there is a bigger storm coming than Audra has ever faced and she has to train Vane to be able to control the wind again, so he can fight the battle. I liked Shannon Messenger's "Keeper of the Lost Cities" series better, but this book was okay.
review 2: It took a while for me to get into this book. What I liked about i... moret was that it was clean. Loved that! I also thought the story was unique and imaginative. I really liked the ending as well. Throughout the whole book, I was positive that I wasn't going to read any more in the series, but because of the ending, I think I will. The writing was just okay, but I think will improve greatly in the next books since I saw it improve so much just from the beginning to the end. less
