review 1: Started this book with high hopes...it seemed well written, with interesting characters: that is until the plot began to twist and turn and become so convoluted that it was not remotely believable. Kit is unbalanced to the point of utter lunacy , while his wife has her own issues; and even the Simon, Charlie, Liv and Chris quartet are not at all likeable. This just left me wanting the book to be over for the sake of closure.
review 2: I loved it. I generally love all of Sophie Hannah's books, they are just my sort of thriller. Even though a lot of the time things are a bit far-fetched, I'm still super drawn in and get hooked pretty quickly. I especially love that when things start to fall together, I don't always guess it right away. Sometimes, but not with th... moreis one. Not until the very last page. I want to give it 5 stars because I enjoyed it so much so I'm not sure why I hesitated and gave it 4... less
