review 1: Okay, I came in at the middle, but it took no time to realize I want more of this series. Caroline's a non-shifter in a shifter world and she's learned to look after herself and the shifters around her. She's on her own now that her wolf part-time mate has sniffed out his forever mate and she's looking around. The problem is, there's a bear council summit meeting in town and one of the alpha bears has caught her eye and vice versa. Tyler is that bear and he's not interested in a long-term relationship, he thought.I laughed out loud at parts. Yes, more of the Takhini Wolves series is in my future.

The Takhini series is one of those comfy worlds you can keep putting on like a friendly shoe. That means you can read it now because I've tempted your curiosity AND THEN THERE IS A HUGE WORLD TO GO DIG INTO.Also, that bit about the tag in the warning? No joke. Worth the price of admission alone.Stop reading this review and go buy the book.P.S. I think I almost have her convinced to write gay bear shifters. Then I will die twice with a smile on my face. (She already says there's lesbian shifters on the docket, maybe probably hopefully...) less
