review 2: No must read after Special Forces IMO. The story felt almost cl
... moreinical compared to the emotional roller-coster Special Forces puts you through. The GFY storyline and Nikolai's struggle for self-discovery in particular didn't convince me at all. Maybe because Nikolai hardly struggled. That's fine, just not really exciting to read about. Since the whole take-over plot didn't hold my interest either, there were only the scenes with Vadim to look forward to. But I'm sorry to say that these left me wanting to. Can't really explain why. Maybe it's been to long since I last read through SF. less

The book I read was Gold Digger by Frances Fyfield. I didn't enjoy it too much.

Haven't read the books this is a sequel to, but I really liked this one.
