review 1: I really liked this book. It was my first book by Anna Campbell. It started off kind of weird and Jonas was a little creepy - I mean, he was willing to sleep with a married woman just to get back at someone. It made sense in context but it creeped me out. And the fact that he would have basically forced her. But then of course it is Sidonie who shows up. I don't know just the PREMISE was creepy. I sound like I'm bashing it but no, I love love LOVED the book. I guess any kind of Beauty and the Beast parody is going to have some creepy elements to it.It was very romantic and well written. I love their relationship in the end and getting little glimpses of them in the following books.
