review 1: I was completely underwhelmed by this book. I really enjoyed "Still Missing" and "Never Knowing," so I thought this Chevy Stevens book would be just as good. Boy was I wrong. The character was manic, the story line was dull (a word I never thought I would use to describe a plot involving a serial killer) and the end completely predictable. I'm so glad I read two other Chevy Stevens books first or I might have written this author off altogether.
review 2: I read Never Knowing with the expectation of it being identical to Still Missing. I was pleasantly surprised that it had little to no comparisons, as far as the story line goes. The story is so raw and encompasses so many different personalities that you don't know whether to agree or disagree. The last few cha... morepters made me more emotional than any other book I've read. I found myself gasping at multiple points throughout the book. Definitely on the top of my recommendations! less
