review 1: I bought this book a few days ago when Irene on fb had put she had received an award for this book. Interesting story for both Kristen n Clint. Both having made decisions that affected damage to others but how they coped with that was moving away n not getting involved at a personal level in relationships as healing was still in process. Motherhood is a huge decision n one that is for life. Been given a second chance is great for Kristen, Clint n Beatrice.... n they can involve others to help.
review 2: I have really enjoyed the Starfish Bay books and am sad to see these characters going on their way. Loved how Irene finished it up with Clint's story. Hearing stories of ladies who give up babies for adoption is never easy. But the alternative is, as Kristen sa... moreid, not an option. It was fun to see this second chance story come about. Enjoyed seeing how even though they both fought it, love won in the end and they finally realized it works best if you just go with it. less
