review 1: What a continuing! At first, I had to drag myself to read the second book of this series because in my opinion, the first one was rather slow. But, once I did. I managed to finish it quite quickly. At first, this book was quite slow as well. But the ending? Oh gosh. This book screw with my mind so badly. When I was reading it, this was my reactions;"Teresa!""Wait... What?""Oh, phew.""Is this a joke?""Is this real?""YOU GOTTA BE FUCKING KIDDING ME I HATE YOU WHY DO YOU DO THIS TO ME?!"I think that says it all. I'm very excited to read the next book in the series and if you haven't yet, read this book. I can only imagine that it will make you as crazy as it did me.
review 2: Woahhhh Woahhh Woahhh, what did I just read? If I thought I was confused by the end of th... moree Maze Runner, I was wrong. The ending to this book just twisted. I found that this book built a lot more tension and thrill as opposed to the first. However, I don't know if this is because I saw the Maze Runner movie before I began reading the trilogy and therefore spoilt the ending of the first book. Despite whether I had seen the movie or not, I do believe that the tension in the last few chapters of the Scorch Trials was far better constructed than the Maze Runner and really had me on the edge of my seat wanting more!Can't wait to read the last book in the trilogy to finally piece everything together and see what happens next. less
