review 1: I enjoyed this story, but it was under developed somehow. It could have been rounded out better. I had a hard time following it at times. I wanted to finish it though. I loved her Winter People. It's my favorite book this year and I have another story of Jennifer's I am going to read. Read this one and see for yourself. Just because it was a little bumpy for me, it might be great for you. She is a great author.
review 2: 3.5 It really had you going back and forth trying to decide if you believe in faries or if these people are all just crazy. And one point I thought, well except for the opening chapter, I might let my 10 year old daughter read it...but towards the end that idea went out the window. Compelled to keep reading to find out what was goi... moreng to happen. Interesting twists and turns and keeping you on your toes. Disturbing! less
