review 1: Another brilliant book by J.M. Madden. This one is about one of the main partners Chad. He takes on a job for a mother and son to watch the ex wife and daughter. little do the investigators know that Derrick has a nasty side that he's not afraid to use. This book is brilliant and it faces the injuries of the servicemen and women returning from war. Fantastic story! I'm addicted to these books!!!!
review 2: All I can say is DAMN this series just keeps getting better and better! J.m. Madden is like a breath of fresh air. Chad is an amazing veteran who will steal your heart from the first page! His interaction with the characters are simply beautiful. Lora and Mercy need Chad and Chad needs them. Chad's interaction with Mercy will melt your heart and warm your in... moresides. I love how Mrs. Madden puts your brain and heart in the middle of this book and keeps you so hooked that will keep you turning the pages!!! I would highly recommend this series to any male or female. can't wait for more!! less
