review 1: Jelas dijelaskan setiap kesaksian atas kejadian yang terjadi di Gaza yang ditegaskan pada Kejadian Tembok Sekolah. Dengen mudah dapat dimengerti oleh pembaca bagaimana kesadisan para tentara yang berbuat. Tidak seperti buku lain yang bertemakan permasalahan di Israel, buku ini tidak menunjukkan sisi yang dibela tetapi lebih ke netral. Gambar yang sangat realistis dan menakjubkan. Tidak membosankan, justru membuat pembaca khususnya saya untuk tetap membaca. Good Job, Joe Sacco.
review 2: Joe Sacco researched these two devastating and overlooked episodes in Gaza from the 1956 Suez War while the US was gearing up for its own conflict in Iraq, and as tension and fighting continued in Gaza as well. As I read Sacco's account of hunting down memories of the massacres ... moreamong Palestinians who were much more charged about the killings taking place in the present, I thought of the most recent bout of fighting that has just taken place in those same streets, and it is all awful - 1956, 2003, 2014. This is a worthwhile and predictably upsetting read. less
