review 1: I have to say that Lynn Hagen is one my favorite authors of all time!! When I first bought my Nook, I saw her books advertised, but always put off reading them, then I purchased Maverick's Mate and I've been hooked ever since!! I have now read every single book Lynn has written and eagerly await and devour any thing that she writes!! I have even repurchased ALL of her books when I moved from the Nook to the Kindle!! Thank you Lynn for providing me with so many hours of enjoyment and pleasure!! YOU ROCK!!!

To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, we recommend reading the series in sequential order. It also gives you an ins... moreight into their world. A world that will capture you from the moment you open the book. This is one of my top five favorite series. Wonderful characters that you will fall in love, a story that will have you laughing your ass off, a world that is magical and that touch of danger. Storm is sent on an errand for his alpha, at first he is pretty sure that Maverick is either doing drugs or is seriously bored, that he is thinking mobster. What he doesn't expect is two young Asian men hiding in fear of their lives. Or the fact that one of them is his mate. They had been abducted to sell into the sex slavery.Kyoshi and Keata are cousins, scared and not sure about where they are or who they are with. However Kyoshi is drawn to the the wolf that has came to pick them up. He is the exact opposite of his cousin. Keata is naive, very friendly and loves everybody, trust anyone who approaches him. Kyoshi however is cynical and doesn't trust the wolves around them. His main goal is to protect his cousin. However here is this wolf that is turning his world around and then he finds out that he is this wolfs mate.But there is a something in Kyoshi that will surprise them all. It makes an appearance when Kyoshi and Storm mate. Now there is more to protect then just their lives. Storm will protect his mate with his life. This story is just as fun to read as the others. However this one has a little bit more of a twist.This story is amazing with the way the characters just mix together. It gives you sexy men, quirky mates, crazy plans from the alpha's mate, excitement and a bit of danger. Not to mention that this series will have you falling on the floor laughing. It has the perfect amount of comedy that makes it even so much better. I have to admit that I have read this series probably close to a dozen times over. It just keeps my attention all the way through the story. I can't wait to check out the rest of Lynn's books. less
