review 1: Didn't realize there was a first book, but I wish I would have read it. However, even without reading the first book I could catch on to what was going on pretty quickly. A group of so called terrorists were capturing kids and operating on them in secret labs. They were working on a cure for cancer and other diseases, but in the mean time they were killing many teens who were their guinea pigs. However 4 resistance groups formed in each section of the country and were trying to stop this rogue group of terrorists. In this book, Noa (the only known girl to be operated on and to survive), is leading a pack of seven teens in the Southwest, trying to destroy a plant in Arizona. However, many things go wrong, and in the end Noa and her best friends might not survive. I w... moreould like to read the next book in the series.
review 2: Wow I really liked the second book to this series. I enjoyed this book more then the first one. The first book had its good action parts, but book #2 just brings so much more to the table. Giving point of views from Amanda, Peter, Noa and Teo. A really good action pack book, that doesn't disappoint. You think you will have this book figured out. But it will leave you asking more and more questions with each page your turn. less
