review 1: The perfect follow-up to The Breach -- fast-paced, imaginative, couldn't put it down. My only problem (and I guess you could list it as a lack of intelligence on my part) is my total confusion with the time travel stuff at the end, especially with a conversation that takes place between two main characters. To avoid spoilers, I'll leave it at that. Otherwise, LOVED it and now ready to strap on my figurative parachute for the plunge into Deep Sky.
review 2: I probably would have liked this second book better if I hadn't read it right after the first one - closer to a four star. As in the first book, the main character, Travis Chase, has moments when he has that feeling that he's noticed something that would be useful if he could just remember it. Of course he do
... morees remember, just in the nick of time. It's still a good read but I don't know why these characters can't remember to pack flashlights when they seem to spend a lot of time running around in the pitch dark. less

Second book in the Travis Chase trilogy. Good follow up of the first one.
