review 1: A great story though it was different than I was expecting. Prince Alex did lose his memory but it was for a very short time. I thought it would be for a longer period. I was appalled by Lily parents actions & a little surprised by her mom at the end. I didn't feel that her actions at the end matched her character during the rest of the book. What I really liked was how Alex acted with honor, & how caring he was through the book. It was very nice to see a character that took every thing into consideration when he was lied to. Instead of getting his feelings hurt & writing off the person he's supposed to be in love with he thought things out.
review 2: I love the use of Alec's amnesia to put a different spin on what happens following the attack on the royal fami
... morely's motorcade, especially since a Prince (who's also a soldier) wouldn't need a bodyguard. Lily's role as caretaker is believable and makes the shortened time frame work out better than most (but maybe because I read all three of these back-to-back starting with the attack was feeling a bit old). less
