review 1: I enjoyed the first so much I fear this one never really had a shot with me...I found the pace to be anything but fast and I never truly fell for the characters the way I had in the first book...that being said - it is a sweet story with little love interest but strong friendships build and the actual area of the story travels much further than the groove...Knife makes an appearance and the story from the first is touched on now and then...there is a bit of religious or spiritual story line which could be a positive or negative depending on the reader...I would keep this in a middle school reading level
review 2: It took me a chapter or two to remember what the first Faery Rebels book was about. Despite my poor memory, I quickly got into this story. It took me
... morelonger then usual to finish, but that is because of a lot of distractions, not because the book was particularly uninteresting. I was quickly reminded that I enjoyed this world. Timothy was also an interesting character, but I liked Linden better. I would recommend this book to anyone around 12 or up who likes a nice faery story. less

No me gustó el tinte religioso que tomó este libro. No leeré el siguiente.
