review 1: This was a highly entertaining read. There are many funny subplots that the main character, Toby Harbinger, gets entangled with that I’m constantly wondering how it’ll all come together at the end. Reading about Toby’s wild adventures at Hubble Middle School reminded me of my teenage days, minus having to deal with mad scientists, Star Wars lunatics, and an evil mastermind trying to destroy the country.
review 2: My inner studious literature professor wants to give this book 1 star because it's corny, long, and definitely not well-written. But the lighthearted book lover that is expressed in most of my reviews is screaming, "This book is so drop-dead hilarious and so outrageous, it is the best book ever!".
