review 1: Just when I start to enjoy this book and believe the storyline something so ridiculous and unbelievable happens that I need to pause and remind myself of the intended audience. I've had a consistent roller coaster of excitement and disappointment with the content. To have an interesting problem appear then quickly have the resolution thrown in my face. Questions immediately followed by answers. It makes for a quick read, with little emotional attachment. One more book to go and I can put this series behind me.
review 2: This book was indeed better than Wake, I have to give it that. I enjoyed this book as well, seeing as from the first book I've gotten over all my issues like her lack of description, character depth and MOST IMPORTANTLY the lack of true sen
... moretence structure. I have to say, Cabel has me weak in the knees. His drive and desire to protect, the way he loves...*swoon* This is a good run through series to pass time if you're bored. Nothing too complicated or in depth, it's straight to the point and a breeze through and that's what I love about it. On to the next book. less
