review 1: I have to say I liked this one a little more than The Adoration of Jenna Fox. This sequel takes place 260 years later when Jenna's best friends Locke and Kara who had been supposedly killed in the accident that Jenna survived have been brought back to life, thanks to an evil scientist who stole copies of their mind downloads. This book had action and a lot of cool futuristic ideas, but the story still lacked some mystery. The plot was a tad predictable and the characters weren't really that interesting, with the exception of Dot. But I have to say the writing is good.
review 2: As I started this second book I have to say I was hoping to read more from Jenna's perspective and I didn't think I would like it as much as I liked the first book....but I was wrong. ... moreThis futuristic book explores a great story line of what happens if the human soul can be put in a box and then brought back into and almost 'eternal' life. As a continuation from 'The Adoration of Jenna Fox', I loved finding out what happened with Kara and Locke and we are given that closure with this book...I trully hope to see this become a movie! less
