review 1: Série je u konce (?). Jsem ráda, že se příběh uzavřel, ale pořád jsem z té série moc nadšená. Všechny tři díly na mě působily podobně - dlouho dlouho dlouho povídání, až si člověk začne říkat, že to je takové moc pomalé, a najednou to přijde. Ta nečekaná gradace, pointa. Moc mě to bavilo, nejlepší byl asi druhý díl. Teď nezbývá než celou sérií udělat někomu radost, protože má moc krásné originální české obálky :) Já bohužel četla všechny díly jen na Kindlu.

... mored Book 2 was very good exploring more of finn's history and relationships. I found book 3 an engaging crime novel which whilst not having the freshness of The Blackhouse or the sense of threat of The Lewis Man was still a good read which given that I rattled through it in a couple of days does suggest it is a proper thriller and May is a writer I will read again. less

I couldn't wait to read this book having read the other 2in there series. It didn't disappoint!

Definitely the weakest of the trilogy, but still enjoyable
